Aspen Grove Landscape Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts, including labor, materials and equipment. You will manage a multi‑million dollar book of business and report to the Branch Manager.
You will coordinate seasonal schedules, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead a team through hiring, coaching and training focused on safety, efficiency and profitability. Strong communication with clients is essential.
