Pensions Administration Team Lead (Assistant Manager)

Isio is seeking an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join our Pensions Administration team. You will oversee a portfolio of pension schemes, predominantly Defined Benefit, and support the team with training and development.

This role is ideally based in our Croydon or Birmingham office with a hybrid workstyle, but other locations can be considered for the right candidate. You will manage day-to-day activities and ensure SLAs while delivering a high-quality member experience.
