Job Title: Contract Support Administrator

Compensation: Up to £26,000 Depending on Experience + Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers when dropping vehicles to site and handing back vehicles
  • Provide service desk telephone support, taking enquiries from customers
  • Book in maintenance, service and repairs for vehicles
  • Raise tasks on the in-house systems
  • Order parts from suppliers
  • Develop customer relationships through service excellence
  • Attend all internal and external meetings to meet role demands
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to fulfil contractual obligations and achieve customer delivery targets
  • Deal effectively with all customer concerns
  • Creation and submission of management information and reports

This role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at Walsall.

Essential experience

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service and building rapport
  • Ability to develop and maintain good internal and external relationships

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) / Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) security clearance for this role.
