Secure Government Change Manager – Transformation Lead

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Change Manager to lead change activities for complex and security-sensitive projects in the UK. You will advise clients, shape recommendations and deliver end-to-end communications to drive adoption and value.

In this role you’ll shape strategies, manage risks, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams while operating in flexible hybrid environments with strong security requirements. On-site collaboration is expected for most projects.
