Junior Reporting Analyst: Data Insights & Excel

Specsavers is seeking a Junior Reporting Analyst to join our Global People Analytics team to shape how people data supports decisions across the business.

You’ll manage data requests, use SuccessFactors to build tailored reports and datasets, and analyse data in Excel to clean and validate information. You’ll maintain regular reports and provide clear guidance to help colleagues understand and apply insights.
