Responsibilities
- Produce, validate, and analyse data, ensuring accuracy across systems such as Oracle Fusion
- Manage reward administration activities, including benefit changes, vendor queries, and invoice processing in partnership with Finance and external providers
- Support and deliver key projects, including cyclical reward events like benefit enrolment windows and system/process enhancements
- Participate in testing within the Reward Centre of Excellence and contribute to improving tools and ways of working
- Act as a delegate for your manager, joining stakeholder calls, sharing ideas, and constructively challenging to drive the best outcomes
- Coach and support colleagues, helping to build capability and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Strong Excel capability, including pivots, VLOOKUP, and formula-based analysis
- Confidence handling data, reporting, and validation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and communicate with confidence
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience in HR administration, reward, or benefits, desirable
