Dynamic Service Coordinator: Engineers, Invoicing & CRM

ROSE & YOUNG Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Co-ordinator in Banbury to work with engineers and customers within a fast-paced, small team. Salary £27,000–£28,000 per annum plus a £600 bonus, plus 25 days of annual leave and 8 bank holidays. Working hours: 08:30–17:00 Mon–Thu and 08:30–16:30 Fri.

You will supervise a small team of engineers, handle customer inquiries, arrange calibration callouts, manage diaries, invoicing, and CRM records with a focus on prompt, professional service.
