Nuclear M&E Project Manager – Lead Delivery & Safety

1st Step Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical or Electrical) for Bridgwater to lead end-to-end M&E installation projects on a major Tier 1 contract in the Nuclear sector.

Responsibilities include coordinating site teams, managing programmes and procurement, and driving cost control while upholding safety and quality. A degree or HNC in Electrical/Mechanical engineering is required, with CDM regulation knowledge preferred.
