Care Team Leader: Lead & Develop Support Staff

Atlantic Way Care, part of National Care Group, Tavistock, seeks an experienced Team Leader. 40 hours per week at £13.86 per hour (£28,828.80 annually). You will promote person-centred support, supervise staff across sites, and ensure back-office duties are completed in compliance.

You will lead on wellbeing, safety, and quality of life for individuals, coordinate activities, and liaise with external parties to maintain accurate communication. This role involves travel between services.
