Women’s First Team Performance Analyst — Tactical Insights

Crystal Palace FC is seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to support the Women’s First Team with pre‑match, live, and post‑match analysis. You will deliver video and data insights to assist tactical planning and performance improvements across sessions, games, and reviews.

You will work closely with the manager and staff, produce resource packs, and manage player data across fixtures, maintaining accuracy and supporting cross‑department analysis initiatives.
