Overview

Be accountable for defined customer and business outcomes. Ensure safe and compliant delivery working closely with risk, compliance and engineering partners. Embed customer, commercial and operational considerations into decisions. Own the product backlog and prioritisation decisions. Apply strong product practices consistently. Requirements

• 2+ years experience of owning outcomes for a product, feature or journey
• 2+ years experience in financial services or regulated environments
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making capability
• Confidence using data, insight and experimentation
• Experience working in cross functional product teams
• Awareness of risk, controls and regulation in product delivery
• Exposure to mobile‑first or large‑scale digital products
