Wildlife Discovery Centre – Part-Time Customer Service Lead

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Wildlife Discovery Centre team at River Lea Country Park. The role focuses on delivering excellent visitor experience, handling enquiries, and coordinating daily operations.

This fixed-term 1-year contract is for 21 hours per week on a rota including weekends. Pro-rata salary ranges from £30,896 to £35,997 per annum, with flexible benefits and a Local Government Pension Scheme.
