Responsibilities
- You will join the Regional Business Manager (RBM) Team, supporting the Regional Centre Heads (RCH) in developing strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Support in translating firm-wide strategic priorities into actionable plans, while overseeing business performance, managing risk, and fostering collaboration across all regional offices.
- Act as a critical bridge between senior leadership and branch teams, championing operational efficiency, consistency, and best practice sharing.
- Responsibilities will span project implementation, stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams, and supporting growth initiatives—ensuring our offices operate at maximum effectiveness while maintaining alignment with RBC Wealth Management Europe”s strategic objectives.
- This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and branch Heads of Office (HOO).
Qualifications
- Experience in a business role with comparable responsibilities, preferably in wealth management.
- Robust knowledge of wealth management (e.g., financial planning, investment management) and regulatory landscapes.
- Demonstrable background in managing business projects and initiatives in a structured manner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-starter: Works independently without direct supervision; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking: Able to foresee what is needed; anticipates needs and acts proactively without waiting for direction.
