Overview

Operationally manage and monitor specific Aerospace, Defense and Freight Management accounts.

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage and monitor specific Aerospace, Defense and Freight Management accounts.




• Support, monitor and assure operational excellence for specific Aerospace key accounts with a focus on event availability, order due alerts, customer-defined KPI’s, overall data quality, EDI compliance, and related operational metrics.




• Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned to both customer goals and DSV objectives.




• Identify additional revenue opportunities to increase DSV’s share of wallet.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

Qualifications

• Proven background in a client-facing management role within Aerospace/Defense/Freight or a related sector




• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.




• Strong analytical ability with experience in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and account development strategies.




• Proficient in English and skilled in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).




• A collaborative team player able to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.




• Highly organised, structured, and confident in decision making, presentations, and working with deadlines.
