Risk & Controls Specialist — Curious Problem Solver (FTC)

MotoNovo Finance is seeking a Risk and Controls Specialist for a 12-month FTC. The role rewards curiosity and proactive questioning to protect customers and support the business, challenging processes when something doesn’t feel right.

You’ll work to strengthen controls and identify improvements while partnering with first and second lines of defence. The day-to-day involves investigating risks, conducting root-ccause analysis, and leading risk workshops.
