Senior Performance Analyst – Policy & Strategy

GOV.UK is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Policy & Strategy Team. You will lead data analysis across multidisciplinary, agile teams, focusing on digital analytics and integrating data from third parties, surveys and user feedback.

You’ll develop instrumentation, ensure accurate data collection, and create measurement frameworks to inform decision-making and prioritisation. You will communicate insights to ministers and colleagues with clear, data-driven storytelling.
