- Financial Management: Manage the project budget within financial constraints.
- Metrics: Measure success by timely delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Change Management: Manage changes impacting the project, including scope, timelines, or resource allocation.

Role Details
Join Barclays as a Project Manager within the Customer Due Diligence Modernisation team, leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives and supporting additional initiatives. You will lead execution of large-scale projects and gain exposure to a broader portfolio.
Qualifications
- Transformational Change Delivery Expertise
- Proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale change initiatives on time and within budget, particularly in technology-enabled environments
- Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
- Practical experience working within Agile project delivery structures
- Strong Stakeholder & Communication Skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, clearly articulate status, and manage cross-functional relationships
- Customer Due Diligence / Financial Crime Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of CDD, onboarding, or financial crime prevention processes
- Experience with AI, Automation, or Data-Driven Solutions
- Exposure to modern technical delivery approaches such as AI, DevOps, and automation
- Project & Risk Management Capability
- Demonstrated experience managing scope, risks, issues, and resources for high-value projects, ensuring governance and control standards are met
Location
The successful candidate will be based in Knutsford, Glasgow or Northampton.
