Education Catering Operations Manager – Northwest

Caterlink is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of 24 schools across the North West. The role is 52 weeks, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, client relationships, and KPI delivery including Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.

The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, manage budgets and staff across multiple sites, and support staff with a hands-on leadership approach. A DBS disclosure will be required.
