Job Description:
Mativ in Bolton is seeking a Maintenance Leader to drive safety, quality and cost targets across a site with multiple manufacturing processes. You will lead a small team of Shift Engineers, partner with EHS, Quality, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain and HR, and report to the Operations Leader.
You will set budgets, deliver OTIF targets, implement continuous improvement, and develop your team to uphold Mativ values while delivering reliable, compliant operations.
