Job Description:

Working within Specialist Children’s service in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, which encompasses Community paediatrics, CAMHS & Acute Paediatrics, you will be committed to addressing the health and wellbeing needs of children, young people and their families.

We are ambitious in our vision for the future and clear about the need to further develop integrated services that ensure that children, young people and families receive the right support, at the right time and in a way that best meets their needs. As such, you will be required to be person‑centred and innovative in your thinking and leadership, with excellent ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with a wide range of stakeholders.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support development in SCS. This role has a specific focus – to map out clinical outcomes requirements across professional groups and pathways, develop an approach to implementation ensuring that reporting and extraction of data can occur so that clinical outcomes can be evident along with staff wellbeing and experience of service. This is aligned to the SCS Strategic Plan and across pathways to move toward transformational change as well as understanding profession‑specific requirements.
