Pod Operations Lead – AI Learning Delivery

Multiverse seeks a Pod Operations Specialist to drive the operational excellence of the Mid-Market Client Delivery Team. You’ll own workflows, leverage data and automation to reduce admin friction, and ensure a smooth learner journey from kickoff to completion.

Based in London with a hybrid setup requiring three days in the office. You’ll work with 30 coaches across 4000+ learners, delivering AI, data and apprenticeship programmes and collaborating with Customer Success, Launch and Admissions
