Founding AI Engineer — Equity & Visa Support (London→SF)

Bead AI in London is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to build the backbone of a real-time, agentic audit product. You will own end-to-end AI workflows, including data processing, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment.

As a true founding team member, you will shape architecture and culture, with a path from a high-velocity London team to San Francisco in Fall 2026, visa support provided, and strong traction from enterprise customers.
