Job Description:

Senior Pricing Manager, International DSP (Delivery Service Partners)

Job ID: 10463321 | Amazon UK Services Ltd.

To be successful in the DSP Pricing Manager role, the candidate must bring deep experience thinking in rate structures, cost models, and market economics, paired with strong core pricing, financial modelling, and analytical skills that enable them to build and own pricing models driving business decisions. Equally critical is logistics domain expertise — understanding how cost drivers behave in delivery and transportation networks — and proven commercial stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence business leaders, communicate complex pricing strategies to non-technical audiences, and navigate trade-offs across operations and finance teams.

At Amazon, weu2019re working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. One way we endeavor to achieve this and to delight our customers is by delivering their packages quickly and accurately, anywhere in the world. • Reporting to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience in pricing, commercial finance, or rate/compensation: building cost models, scenario analysis, and unit economics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics (last-mile delivery): understanding of route economics, driver labour costs, fleet operations, or delivery network dynamics
  • GenAI and Dashboard
