Manufacturing Finance Director – Strategic, Hands-On Leader

Financial Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Director for a long-established bespoke manufacturing business in the United Kingdom. You will partner with the Managing Director to provide strategic financial leadership, while hands-on in daily accounting and operational decision making.

You will focus on stock control, WIP, costing and robust reporting, driving automation and process improvements across finance and production to support the next phase of growth.
