Maintain and strengthen professional relationships across client organizations. Develop deep client knowledge, including business priorities, organizational culture, and product portfolio. Manage a systematic client‑feedback approach to continuously improve the client experience. Lead operational management and oversight of IQVIA’s RWD activities across local and international markets. Manage strategic and key account relationships. Identify and respond to customer needs, defining opportunities for RWD. Collaborate with IQVIA’s RFX, Pricing & Contracts teams to support the full sales cycle. Create opportunities for peer‑to‑peer engagement by introducing relevant IQVIA experts aligned with client interests. Leverage deep client knowledge to identify strategic discussions and major opportunities for IQVIA.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or similar roles
- Extensive knowledge of Real-World Data
- Strong understanding of Medical, Health Economics, Pricing & Market Access principles
- Proven track record managing mid‑ and senior‑level client relationships
- Strong organizational, planning, and project‑management skills
- Experience engaging with outsourcing, procurement, and mid‑management stakeholders
- Excellent business and industry awareness with strong understanding of market trends
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer business data
- Ability to manage demanding timelines and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
