Barclays is seeking a Senior AI Conversational Designer to lead the evolution of our digital customer experiences. You will design end-to-end conversational services, drive innovation, and shape the AI/ML approach within Digital Customer Experience.

Based in Knutsford (Radbroke Hall) or London (Luke Street), you will collaborate across teams, deliver accessible, intuitive banking interfaces, and guide the model team in building practical AI solutions.
