Managing Consultant – AI & Enterprise Automation Transformation

Within Business Technology’s AI & Digital Acceleration team, you will help sell and deliver ServiceNow AI‑driven transformation programmes. The role focuses on defining and delivering AI‑first programmes on the ServiceNow platform, acting as a techno‑functional SME to design, implement, and scale AI‑enabled workflows using Now Assist, AI Control Tower, and Employee Works (MoveWorks).

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Advisory

  • Define and shape enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps leveraging ServiceNow.

Advise Senior Stakeholders

  • Develop AI operating models.
  • Advisory on AI governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Realise AI‑driven business value.
  • Translate business requirements into AI‑enabled workflow solutions.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design and support implementation of AI Control Tower, agentic AI workflows, and Now Assist / GenAI use cases.
  • Define data, integration, and workflow architectures for AI‑enabled ServiceNow solutions.

Conversational AI & Employee Experience

  • Support adoption of Employee Works (MoveWorks).
  • Design use cases leveraging conversational AI, enterprise search, knowledge orchestration, and AI‑driven employee productivity and self‑service models.

Transformation Delivery

  • Contribute to delivery of end‑to‑end transformation programmes.
  • Support development of AI‑enabled target operating models.
  • Ensure solution quality through governance and best practices.

Business Development & Practice Contribution

  • Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and client pitches focused on AI‑led transformation.
  • Support development of AI‑led ServiceNow offerings and accelerators.
  • Participate in thought leadership and market‑facing initiatives.

Your Profile

Core Experience

  • 10–15 years of technology‑enabled transformation or consulting experience.
  • Strong experience on the ServiceNow platform, ideally with multi‑module exposure.
  • Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation programmes.

Technical & Functional Capabilities

  • Experience in two or more of the following:
  • ServiceNow consulting and/or implementations
  • AI / GenAI / automation use cases
  • Conversational AI / virtual agents
  • Enterprise architecture, data, or integration

Understanding Of

  • AI governance and responsible AI principles.
  • Workflow design and process automation.

Consulting & Leadership Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior clients.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience contributing to proposals and sales activities.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
