We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable *Carpenter* to join our team, working on *high-end residential properties* and bespoke projects. This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes true pride in their work and understands the importance of precision, finish, and professionalism when working in luxury environments.

*The Role*

You will be working on premium residential properties, delivering exceptional carpentry work to the highest standards. Projects include both first and second fix carpentry, bespoke installations, and detailed finish work within occupied and unoccupied homes.

*Key Responsibilities*

* First and second fix carpentry on high-end residential properties * Installation of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, doors, flooring, staircases, and fittings * Reading and working from detailed drawings and specifications * Maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and attention to detail * Working respectfully and discreetly in clients’ homes * Liaising with site managers, designers, and other trades * Ensuring the workspace is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times

*Requirements*

* Proven experience as a carpenter, ideally within *high-end or luxury residential projects** Strong knowledge of both traditional and modern carpentry techniques * Excellent eye for detail and finishing * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Professional attitude and strong communication skills

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
