IT Administrator

Contract: 6 Month Contract

Rate: £200 per day (Outside IR35)

Location: London, Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Administrator to support a busy Technology & Transformation team within a highly regulated environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working across procurement, supplier management, contract administration, and compliance activities while supporting the day-to-day operations of an IT function.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring technology-related administrative processes are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Finance

Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for IT equipment, software, and servicesProcess Goods Received Notifications (GRNs)Reconcile supplier invoices against POs and deliveriesSupport budget tracking and supplier payment processes

Supplier & Compliance Administration

Manage supplier permits, access requests, and renewalsMaintain supplier compliance documentation, including RAMS and insurance recordsCoordinate contractor access and visitor requestsLiaise with internal teams and third-party vendors regarding approvals and compliance requirements

Contract Administration

Maintain records for technology suppliers and support contractsTrack contract renewal dates, notice periods, and review milestonesSupport vendor onboarding and contract governance activitiesProduce reports and updates for management teams

General IT Administration

Provide administrative support to the wider Technology teamMaintain accurate records, documentation, and asset informationCoordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communicationsSupport technology projects and operational initiatives as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as an IT Administrator, Technology Administrator, Operations Administrator, or similar roleExperience supporting an IT, Technology, or Digital functionStrong organisational and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external suppliersStrong Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePointExperience using Dynamics 365 or similar business systemsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Desirable Experience

Experience within a regulated environmentKnowledge of supplier management, contract administration, or procurement processesExposure to IT operations, technology support, or transformation programmes…
