What You’ll Do
Identify and prioritise opportunities for automation and digital transformation across diverse business functions
Design, prototype, and implement AI‑driven solutions to solve real operational challenges
Lead partnerships with start‑ups, consultancies, and tech vendors to deliver measurable value
Build reusable frameworks, components, and best practices to scale automation group‑wide
Develop clear business cases with tangible ROI on every AI initiative
Contribute to internal Aurelius innovation projects driving efficiency and process optimisation
What you’ll needYou bring the rare mix of strategy, tech curiosity, and execution power:
5–8 years’ experience in consulting, technology, process automation, or high‑growth startup environments
Confident working with C‑suite stakeholders and translating complexity into impact
Proven record leading data‑driven or automation projects from idea to implementation
Practical experience with automation tools (like Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate)
Solid understanding of prompt engineering (structured prompts, tool integration, RAG basics)
Hands‑on builder mindset: comfortable with Python basics, APIs, and prototype automation builds
Fluent in English; German a strong plus
