Finance Transformation Director – Oracle Fusion, £150,000 + Bonus + LTIP

We’re hiring a Finance Transformation Director to lead a high-profile, enterprise-wide transformation powered by Oracle Fusion Financials for a large service-led business, multi‑billion.

This is not a system delivery role. The role is about reimagining how Finance operates — driving standardisation, improving controls, and enabling real-time insight across a complex organisation.

You’ll partner directly with the CFO and senior finance leadership to shape and deliver a modern, data‑driven finance function.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the end‑to‑end Finance Transformation roadmap
• Redesign the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Drive process transformation across R2R, P2P, and O2C
• Deliver Oracle Fusion Financials as an enabler of change
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and governance
• Partner with the CFO, Finance Directors, and exec stakeholders
• Lead system integrators, vendors, and delivery teams
• Drive adoption, change, and business engagement

What we’re looking for

• Proven Finance Transformation leadership experience
• Strong delivery background with Oracle Fusion Financials
• Deep understanding of core finance processes and controls
• Track record working with CFOs and senior stakeholders
• Experience in large, complex organisations
• Ability to lead both strategy and execution
• Experience in regulated environments
