Interim Finance Director

Finatal is partnered with a software business backed by an upper-mid market PE fund undergoing a large transformation project, including implementing a new ERP and introducing several new products. They are seeking a strong no.2 in finance to lead this transformation and operate with the C-Suite to drive the value creation plan and EBITDA growth, with an exit target in 2028.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP implementation (end-to-end).
• Professionalise and streamline existing financial controls.
• Identify the different product areas and those which are most profitable to base strategic decisions on.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• PE experience within a Mid-market and upwards PE portfolio.
• Experience leading an end-to-end ERP implementation.
