Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business to appoint an interim-to-perm or straight perm FP&A Director during a key phase of growth and value creation.

Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, you’ll lead FP&A activities, delivering accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Deliver high-quality management reporting and KPI analysis.
• Provide commercial insight to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Support board reporting, investor communications, and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance financial models, processes, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven FP&A leadership experience (Director, Head of FP&A, or equivalent).
• Strong SaaS and recurring revenue experience.
• Background within a private equity-backed business.
• Excellent financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and support value creation initiatives.
