About the Role

Knight Frank is a global independent real estate consultancy headquartered in London. The Head of Executive Office & Group Strategy is a senior leadership position based at 55 Baker Street, London. This role works closely with the Senior Partner to shape, prioritise and drive the Group’s strategy and agenda, ensuring that the Partnership remains focussed on its long‑term value creation.

Required Experience

  • Strategic leadership at enterprise level with direct accountability for organisation‑wide strategy.
  • Trusted adviser to senior leaders, handling sensitive, high‑impact matters.
  • Experience in top‑tier governance forums such as Boards or executive committees, framing decisions and ensuring follow‑through.
  • Success in partnership‑style or complex stakeholder environments with influence, consensus and legitimacy building.
  • Leadership of major enterprise‑wide initiatives; proven organisational and project‑management skills.
  • Strong strategic judgement, prioritising and framing trade‑offs.

  • Articulate and evolve the Group’s vision and strategic ambition.
  • Translate ambition into a small number of clear enterprise priorities.
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, operating model, financial framework and risk management across the global network.

Reporting and Governance

  • Reports to the Senior Partner & Group Chair and acts as Officer to the Group Executive Board.
  • Collaborates with the Executive Office team, Global Head of Corporate Affairs, Senior Partner Communications, Group CFO, Group CPO, CRO, COO, CMO, and other Senior Partners.

Core Accountabilities

Group Strategy Development & Prioritisation

Lead the ongoing evolution of the Group’s strategic agenda, integrating regional, global and functional views into a coherent focus. Guard the strategic focus, manage trade‑offs, and ensure alignment of leadership attention and investment.

Strategic Advisor to the Senior Partner

Provide objective challenge and insight on critical strategic matters, surfacing emerging opportunities, risks and themes. Act with delegated authority to facilitate pace, clarity and follow‑through.

Global Connection, Integration & Transformation

Work with partners and global leaders to shape major enterprise‑wide initiatives, delivering strategic coherence and commercial soundness. Define end states and strategic rationales, leaving operational delivery to appropriate teams.

Executive Governance & Leadership Effectiveness

Ensure effective functioning of the Group Executive Board, managing agendas and decisions to focus on strategic impact. Collaborate with the Company Secretary to balance governance depth and strategic clarity.

Executive Office Leadership

Lead the Executive Office team, setting clear expectations and developing capability to operate with senior‑level credibility.

Senior Partner Matters and Initiatives

Coordinate complex high‑impact projects sponsored by the Senior Partner, including partnership elections and constitution amendments.

Group Connectivity & Industry Influence

Represent the Senior Partner globally, guiding strategy and investment decisions. Enhance the Group’s reputation, brand, and industry influence.
