Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a busy and successful hotel in Armagh.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading teams, driving food & beverage performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, and events
• Lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
• Oversee recruitment, staff scheduling, and engagement
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Essential Criteria
• Previous hospitality management experience
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Experience managing budgets and performance
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience using hotel systems and Microsoft Office
