Senior Residential Care Worker – EBD Youth (New Service)

Sgs-Care-Ltd is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker for a new 3-bed assessment home in Whiteparish, near Salisbury. You will support the day-to-day running, deliver structured care, participate in assessments, and model professional practice for young people aged 8–17 with EBD.

Permanent position with a competitive hourly rate and overtime/sleep-in earnings. Requires safeguarding experience and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Sponsorship not available.
