Stroke OT (Band 5) – Flexible 26h/w in Community Health

Locala Health & Wellbeing is looking for a Stroke Occupational Therapist (Band 5) to work 26 hours per week at Mill Hill Community Health Centre in Huddersfield. This fixed‑term/secondment role covers maternity leave.

You will provide comprehensive post‑stroke care in community settings within a multidisciplinary team, delegating to support workers where appropriate and training staff to support service development. Excellent communication and flexibility are essential.
