Compassionate Health Care Assistant – End-of-Life Care & Growth

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust in Blandford Community Hospital’s Tarrant Ward is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support patients and their families in their last weeks or days of life.

The post is full-time with a minimum of 24 hours per week, offers a structured induction, opportunities to progress from Band 2 to Band 3, and requires an Enhanced DBS check. Shifts include early, late, long day, nights, with enhanced pay on weekends and public holidays.
