Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Farnborough area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
Requirements
- No experience needed – full training provided
- Right to Work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently
- Travel requirements: This is a community-based role; drivers with a full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
- Good English communication skills
Location & Salary
Location: Across Basingstoke, Aldershot, Andover, Farnborough, Fleet and Hook. Salary: £13.52 – £14.04 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
