Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking experienced Residential Care Workers to join The Beeches UK on full-time shifts. You will help young people develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills in a nurturing home environment.
Role involves 40-hour weeks with sleep-ins and weekend shifts; salary £27,497 per annum plus sleep-in pay up to £700 monthly. Overtime paid at time and a quarter after 40 hours. Training and progression opportunities provided.
