Palliative Care Assistant — Hospice Team

St Cuthberts Hospice in the North East is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our in-patient team delivering compassionate palliative and end-of-life care. You will work with medical, nursing, allied health professionals and social workers to support patients and families.

We value communication, empathy and teamwork, with NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as a typical qualification, and a commitment to high standards of care in a busy hospice environment.
