Responsibilities

• Review and follow the client’s support plan on a daily basis
• Adhere to infection control procedures
• Carry out safety checks on equipment
• Monitor and administer clinical interventions in line with training and care protocols

Requirements

• Experience in care, preferably in complex or brain-injury settings
• Compassionate, reliable, patient, and good communication skills
• Ability to provide person-centred care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated care team and follow care plans

Location: Bromley, UK. Salary: £24,937 per year (estimated).
