Position: Health Care Assistant – Twilight Hours
Care home: Eastlands
Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 4BR
Contract type: 6pm – 12am, weekend availability required, 18–24 hours per week (suitable for students)
Rate: £13.21 per hour (increasing to £13.31 upon completion of the Exemplar Care Certificate)

Responsibilities
- Support people with personal care
- Assist people at meal times
- Understand individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encourage and support people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
- Complete and maintain care records
About You
