Working with a supportive clinical team, you’ll provide hands‑on care so that people receive safe, respectful treatment every day. You’ll support registered nurses across a range of services, helping patients with their day‑to‑day care and clinical needs. This role is varied and flexible, giving you the chance to build skills while making a real difference to people’s health and wellbeing.

Main duties of the job
- Support patients with care tasks, observations and basic clinical procedures.
- Monitor and record information using electronic patient records.
- Communicate clearly with patients, carers and colleagues.
- Prepare clinical areas and maintain equipment and stock levels.
- Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.
What we’re looking for
- A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or similar experience.
- Willingness to complete the Care Certificate during induction.
- Experience supporting patients in a healthcare or care setting.
- Good communication skills and a caring, respectful approach.
- Ability to manage your workload and work both independently and in a team.
