Senior Care Support Supervisor: Lead & Grow

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a care team, supervise and mentor staff, contribute to care planning, and ensure the daily needs of residents are met with compassion and respect for their dignity and independence. You will coach and support others, conduct formal appraisals, and participate in training and DBS procedures.

A NVQ3 (Level 3) in Health & Social Care or working towards it is preferred.
