Job Description:
The Cambridge laboratory of the UK Health Security Agency is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support the scientific team and contribute to clinical diagnostics. You will work 37.5 hours with a 24/7 shift pattern expected, rotating through Microbiology, sample receipt and handling units.
You will assist with sample prep, data entry, stocking, and cleaning, while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks and interacting with wards, GPs and hospitals as part of an integrated laboratory service.
