Are you a Production Supervisor or similar looking for a varied role overseeing a tight‑knit team within a dynamic, forward‑thinking company with an international presence? This company specialises in the manufacture of precision components for major industries including Aerospace, Defence and Robotics, with a presence across multiple continents. They have recently established UK operations through numerous factories and are looking for new Production leaders to help drive this growth.
In this autonomous role you will be one of the Production Supervisors responsible for organising all shift activities for a tight‑knit team of machinists and operatives. You will oversee workload, lead KPIs, and support the team members with training, working either day or night shifts with shift allowance available.

Responsibilities
- Oversee tight‑knit production team
- Organise and lead shift activities to ensure targets are achieved
- Liaise with other departments and report to Production Manager

- Production Supervisor or similar experience
