The Company: A UK based FM company delivering 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK, supported by a regional office network. We provide engineering excellence across a wide range of buildings including hospitality venues, grocers, health care, educational establishments, Government buildings and commercial properties.
Role
As a mobile maintenance engineer you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across various commercial buildings around Swindon, the M4 and the South West of England. You will predominantly work on electrical services, with responsibility to carry out general PPMs as required.
Person specification
Essential: experience in a client-facing maintenance role and are a fully-qualified electrician.
Salary and benefits
- Salary up to £45k-£50k depending on experience
- 30 minutes travel each way unpaid; travel after that paid
- Private use of van
- 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- 3%/5% pension
- Call-out rota is 1 in 8; standby allowance £150
- 40 hour week
- OT rates: time-and-a-half and double time
