We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join us on this journey. Are you enthusiastic about the idea of joining the world’s largest Monopile Factory? Your contribution will be crucial in building the foundations for a future with Net Zero emissions. Your role as an Assistant Accountant will be integral to the success of this ambitious venture.
Responsibilities
- Help with month-end accounts and reporting
- Invoicing, spending, cash management, reconciliations and credit card reconciliation
- Preparation of VAT and CIS forms
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a finance role such as Purchase Ledger, Bookkeeping or Accounts Assistant
- Ideal to be AAT qualified or working towards, with a good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong numerical skills and IT literacy
- Significant experience in using accounting software systems and cloud-based accounts (ideally Xero and HSBCnet)
