TB Inclusion Caseworker: Community & Social Care Advocate

Whittington Health NHS Trust is recruiting a Tuberculosis Inclusion Caseworker to work with the TB Social Care Team across North Central London and in the community.

You will support homeless, drug/alcohol users, migrants and other vulnerable TB patients, coordinating care with Social Services, Housing, benefits, Home Office and NHS partners. The role involves outreach, case management, MDT involvement and ensuring treatment completion.
